The 25-year-old touches upon her looks, saying that her height makes her look really young. "I'm five foot three," Lea Michele tells the mag. "I don't look like a lot of other people, you know what I mean? I look like I'm 12." The confident singer/actress and star of the upcoming 'New Year's Eve' says that many people told her to get plastic surgery, but Lea Michele refused to listen to them. "How many managers told me, 'Get a nose job. You're not pretty enough'? But I proved them wrong," Lea Michele adds. As for what's next, Lea Michele is not shy about predicting what her future holds. "'Glee' is only the beginning," Lea Michele insists. "I plan on playing every role on Broadway..." That sure sounds like something Rachel Berry would say! What do you think of Lea Michele cover?

Lea Michele HairstylesAs many of you know, Lea Michele is starring in 'New Year's Eve,' the follow-up to the 2010 hit 'Valentine's Day.' This is the 'Glee' star's first feature film, and thanks to the just-reLea Michelesed trailer, we get to see the 24-year-old in action as her character, Elise. We don't know much about Lea Michele storyline, but the trailer offers clips of the multi-talented actress sharing scenes with Ashton Kutcher (Randy). Lea Michele plays a back-up singer for the rockstar Jensen (played by Jon Bon Jovi), and we see her in one shot holding the mic, so audiences will definitely get to hear that famous voice of hers. Will Elise and Randy get together? All signs point to yes, but we'll just have to wait and see. One thing's for sure, fans won't be seeing Justin Bieber in the film. The singer didn't end up in the film, despite being considered by director Garry Marshall. However, Lea Michele will star alongside Zac Efron, Jake T. Austin, Jessica Biel, Katherine Heigl, Sarah Jessica Parker and more.

Lea Michele Hairstyles 37Salling was the first Gleek to reLea Michelese a solo album, and Matthew Morrison is slated to be next. But don't expect Lea Michele to follow in her co-stars' footsteps. "I'm so focused on the show right now," Lea Michele explains. However that doesn't mean the right movie offer would be out of the question. "A film is definitely something I'd like to do with any spare time I have, but I'm beyond satisfied being in the recording studio for 'Glee' and getting to work with our music producer, Adam Anders," the vocal diva states. "That itch is being scratched at this point."

Lea Michele Hairstyles 38Another downer for the album is Lea Michele hasn't a clue what kind of music Lea Michele'd want to record. "I think the reason I haven't made an album yet is that I have never really known what kind I want to make. Do I want to make a pop album? Do I want to make a Broadway album?" Although a solo project isn't on her immediate to-do list, the New York native wants it to happen...in time. "An album is definitely something I'd like to do in the future, when I have the time. An album is a lot of work. You need to write your own songs, and you need to be in the recording studio. With 'Glee' being my main focus right now, I don't see that happening for a little while."

Lea Michele Hairstyles 39Such an inspiring night last night with PETA:) Lea Michele tweeted after attending PETA's 30th Anniversary Gala and Humanitarian Awards on Saturday night, along with other celebrity animal lovers like Sophia Bush and Kellan Lutz. All three of these stars have adopted stray or homeless animals. Also showing support for animal rights was High School Musical's Matt Prokop. "You know, you have a voice, use it," he says. "Don't just think, 'Oh, I'm young, I can't do anything about it,' because you can, and we can make a huge difference if we start at a young age."

The cats' names are Vicious and Grey. Vicious was a really mean kitty cat when he was really little. He grew up, and now he looks like Garfield. He's a 35 pound cat, and is just the laziest creature I have ever met. Vicious is just the coolest cat." How does Matt help other animals, besides his own? For one, he avoids the circus. "Don't go see animals being tortured to walk in a circle," he says. Like many teens, Matt was faced with dissecting an animal in science class. He now actively speaks out against this outdated Lea Michelerning technique.

Lea Michele Hairstyles 41Lea Michele's acting skills didn't earn her an Emmy this year, but her huge heart is the reason Lea Michele'll be honored at PETA's 30th Anniversary Gala and Humanitarian Awards ceremony on September 25. "My mother always said, 'Stand for something, or fall for everything," the macrobiotic vegan said recently. 'I feel like [animals] don't have a voice." The 24-year-old Glee star posed for PeTA's campaign against horse-drawn carriages, and the animal lover even saved six stray kittens that Lea Michele spotted on the Paramount Studios lot. "They probably would have been eaten, so I rescued them," Lea Michele explains. Lea Michele kept two kittens and named them Claude and Lea Micheleila, gave one of the show's directors three members of the litter, and Heather Morris adopted one kitty that Lea Michele named Zach. Zach Morris. Cute. But Lea Michele charitable deeds don't end there. Lea Michele noticed a dog that was tied to a fence while shooting at a Long Beach, CA school, and says, "I made the people at Glee send the dog to the vet, and we had him cLea Michelened up."
